4、Check whether the battery terminals are firm and reliable.

18, when the barometer oil pressure reaches the target when the water temperature reaches more than 50C, the car has the starting conditions, before starting should release the manual valve.
19、After the engine is running smoothly, release the clutch pedal at an even speed.

Move the car to check

Standard operation sequence
A. Start the forklift:

B. Engine startup check:

C. Check the turn signals:

D. Release the handbrake:

E. Push the gear lever to prepare for starting:

4 Forklift refueling precautions
1、When refueling, turn off the forklift before refueling.

5 Driving precautions
1, forklift traveling attention to make the engine water temperature to maintain at 80 ~ 90C.
2, pay attention to observe the oil pressure, according to the port regulations should not exceed 10km / h when driving at low speed, high speed
3、Drive not more than 20km/h, pay attention to observe whether the air pressure in the instrument reaches the standard.
4, forklift traveling, if a part of the failure, such as storage cylinder air pressure is reduced, then the warning light is on, in the vehicle should be stopped to check and report for repair in time.
5、During traveling, it is forbidden to put your foot on the clutch pedal, and your foot should leave the pedal immediately after shifting gears.

6, in the ice, snow, rain, fog and poor visibility of the road driving must be used in low-speed gear, forbidden to brake and turn sharply, otherwise it will make the vehicle side-slip tail and cause accidents, emergencies, low-speed gear has not slowed down, while light braking.
