Forklift batteries are divided into several different voltages: 24V, 48V, 36V, 72V, and 80V, which are generally rated according to the forklift's load and motor power, but most of them use 2V single battery voltage.
For example, the 48V forklift battery consists of 24 2V batteries in series, which can reach 52V when fully charged, and the capacity is also very high, suitable for loading and unloading large items.
Normally,
diesel forklifts under 4 tons have 12V single battery, and 4 tons or more are 24V, and two 12V single batteries are connected in series; electric forklifts are 48V under 3 tons, and 72V or 80V for forklifts over 3 tons. The instantaneous discharge of the diesel forklift battery shall not be less than 10V/pc, otherwise the battery will have to be replaced.
