If the performance is poor, it must be replaced in time.
2. Replace all kinds of oil in time (1) When the diesel oil viscosity increases at low temperature, its fluidity, poor atomization, and combustion deterioration, and the startability, power and economy of the diesel engine are significantly reduced. Therefore, diesel with a lower freezing point should be used, pallet trucks, tank trucks, that is, the freezing point of the selected diesel is generally 6°C lower than the ambient temperature. (2) At low temperature, the viscosity of the oil increases with the decrease of temperature, the fluidity becomes worse, the friction resistance increases, and it is difficult for the diesel engine to start. Therefore, it is necessary to change to a lower viscosity oil in time. (3) Gear oil and grease should be replaced with winter gear oil for transmission, reducer and steering gear in winter, and low temperature grease should be used for hub bearings. (4) Hydraulic or hydraulic transmission oil in winter should be equipped with hydraulic system and hydraulic transmission system to replace the hydraulic and hydraulic transmission oil in winter to prevent the viscosity of the forklift from increasing in winter, resulting in poor working equipment and transmission system, or even can not work.
3. Adjust the fuel supply system (1) Properly increase the fuel injection volume of the diesel fuel injection pump, lower the fuel injection pressure, so that more diesel enters the cylinder, and facilitate the start of the winter. The fuel required to start the diesel engine in winter is about twice that of normal . Electric hydraulic forklifts, manual forklifts prices, for fuel injection pumps equipped with start-up enrichment device, should make full use of its auxiliary starting device. (2) If the valve clearance is too small in winter, the valve will not close tightly, the cylinder compression pressure will be insufficient, it will be difficult to start, and the wear of the parts will be aggravated. Therefore, the air gate gap can be adjusted appropriately in winter.
4. Maintenance of the cooling system (1) Diesel engine heat preservation In order to ensure the reliable operation of the diesel engine, reduce fuel consumption, and reduce mechanical wear, it is necessary to do a good job of heat preservation. A cloth curtain can be placed in front of the diesel engine radiator to cover the radiator to reduce heat loss and keep the engine temperature not too low. (2) Check the thermostat of water-cooled diesel engine. If the diesel engine is often running at low temperature, the wear of the parts will increase exponentially. In order to make it heat up quickly in winter, the thermostat can be removed, but it must be reinstalled before summer. (3) Remove the scale in the water jacket, check the drain switch and clean the water jacket to prevent fouling so as not to affect heat dissipation. At the same time, the drain switch should be maintained in winter and replaced in time. Do not replace it with bolts or rags to prevent freezing and cracking of mechanical parts. (4) The cooling system should be thoroughly cleaned before the antifreeze is used, and high-quality antifreeze should be selected to avoid corrosion of the parts due to the inferior quality of the antifreeze. In winter, fill the diesel engine with hot water at around 80℃ every day. After the operation is completed, all the cooling water must be drained and the switch is still in the open position.

5. Maintenance of electrical equipment (1) Check and adjust the electrolyte density, pay attention to the heat preservation of the battery, in winter, increase the battery electrolyte density to 1.28-1.29g/m3, and make a sandwich incubator for it if necessary to prevent the battery from freezing , Affect startup performance. When the temperature is below minus 50°C, the battery should be placed in the warm room after the daily work is completed. (2) When the generator terminal voltage is increased, when the electric storage oil discharges at a low temperature, the charging capacity of the generator must be increased. The regulator limit voltage should be appropriately increased to increase the generator terminal voltage. The generator terminal voltage should be 0.6V higher in winter than in summer. (3) Maintenance of the starter Diesel engine is difficult to start in winter, and the starter is frequently used. If the power of the starter is slightly insufficient, it can be used in summer, but it will be difficult to start in winter, or even unable to start. Therefore, the forklift starter should be thoroughly maintained before winter.
