With the development and changes of various industries, the types of forklifts are also increasing. In fact, many types of forklifts are also linked to forklift attachments. But what is the most important type of forklift depends on the forklift itself. The appearance of the forklift is basically similar in many structures, mainly composed of the engine, the chassis (travelling mechanism), the body, the lifting mechanism, the hydraulic system and the electrical equipment. Our forklifts are also divided into diesel forklifts, LPG forklifts, gasoline forklifts and electric forklifts. The following Hifoune forklift manufacturer will introduce some basic components of the lpg counterbalance forklift to you.
Hifoune Lpg Forklifts Specification
1. Hydraulic system of forklift:
(1) Lifting hydraulic cylinder, the top of the plunger is fastened with the lifting mast to control the lifting or lowering of the fork.
(2) Tilt hydraulic cylinder, the top of its plunger is connected with the gantry, and controls the forward or backward tilt of the gantry.
(3) Hydraulic pump, which can be a vane pump or a gear pump. The hydraulic pump outputs high pressure oil (6.37~15.7MPa) to drive the lifting hydraulic cylinder and the tilting hydraulic cylinder.
(4) Hydraulic distribution valve, consisting of valve body, lifting hydraulic cylinder valve core, tilting hydraulic cylinder valve core and safety valve. Its function is to control the lifting or tilting hydraulic cylinder spool action through the joystick according to the working needs of fork lifting and tilting, and input high-pressure oil into the lifting or tilting hydraulic cylinder. The function of the safety valve is to make the oil flow back to the oil tank from the oil return pipe when the oil pressure in the system exceeds a certain value.
(5) The throttle valve is installed in the pipeline of the lifting hydraulic cylinder, and its function is to increase the flow resistance of the oil. When the lifting hydraulic cylinder is depressurized, it ensures that the fork slowly descends.
2. 4 Ton lpg forklift engine
It is the power source of the internal combustion forklift. It converts the heat energy generated by the fuel into mechanical energy, and outputs power through the flywheel of the engine.
3. The chassis of the forklift
The chassis is used to support the body, receive the power output from the engine, and ensure that the forklift can travel normally. It includes transmission, driving, steering and braking.
4. The body of the forklift
The body of the forklift truck is integrated with the frame, which is welded by section steel. The cast iron block placed at the rear of the forklift and suitable for the model is the counterweight, and its weight is determined according to the rated lifting capacity of the forklift, and it plays a balancing role when the forklift is loaded. to maintain the stability of the forklift.
5. Lifting mechanism of forklift
The lifting mechanism is mainly composed of a mast and a fork. The gantry is hinged on the body of the front axle bracket and consists of a set of juxtaposed steel frames and sliding brackets that fix the forks.
The forks are two steel forks bent at 90°, mounted on a sliding bracket, which are tools for carrying materials. The specifications of the forks are designed according to the maximum load of the forklift. The fork can be tilted forward and backward by means of a hydraulic cylinder.
6. Electrical equipment of forklift
Electrical equipment consists of power supply, engine starting system and ignition system, as well as forklift lighting, signals and other electrical equipment.
Nissan lpg forklift application
Our LPG forklifts mainly use Japanese Nissan engines, as well as Kubota engines, etc. Its advantages are mainly that the pollution is relatively small compared to diesel forklifts, and it is very suitable for indoor use and some relatively developed country markets, such as Europe and the United States. In other countries, or some countries with relatively rich natural gas resources, they also prefer to use lpg forklifts.
