The main components of the internal combustion forklift are:

1, the engine it is a forklift power unit, is the conversion of thermal energy into mechanical energy machinery. The engine generates power from the crankshaft output, and through the transmission device to drive the forklift driving or drive the hydraulic pump work, complete the fork picking, stacking goods and other operations.

2, the transmission device includes a clutch, transmission, main drive, differential, half shaft and other parts. The role of the transmission device is to transfer the power output from the engine to the hydraulic pump and drive wheels to realize the forklift lift, tilt and travel.

3, the maneuvering device includes two parts of the steering mechanism and braking system. The basic role is to change the exercise direction of the forklift, reduce the operating speed or stop quickly to ensure that the loading and unloading operations ~ needs.

4, the working device includes internal and external door frame, fork frame, fork, lifting chain, roller, pulley and other parts. Its role is used to fork, lift or stack the goods. 

5, hydraulic forklift system includes oil tank, hydraulic pump, distributor, lifting hydraulic cylinder, tilting hydraulic cylinder. It is used to realize the lifting, tilting and other actions of the goods.

6, the electrical system includes the power supply part and the electricity part. There are mainly batteries, generators, starter motors, ignition devices, lighting devices and horns.
