The new FBL35 3.5-ton electric counterbalance forklift gives warehouses, factories and outdoor yards a zero-emission alternative to diesel, with fast opportunity charging and a maintenance-free LiFePO₄ power system.

XIAMEN, China — August 14, 2026 — Xiamen Hifoune Machinery Co., Ltd., a global lithium battery electric forklift manufacturer, today introduced the HIFOUNE FBL35, a 3.5-ton (7,700 lb) lithium battery forklift built for demanding indoor and outdoor material handling. Designed as a direct replacement for diesel and lead-acid trucks, the FBL35 delivers the torque, stability and shift endurance required by modern logistics and manufacturing operations — without exhaust, battery watering or frequent battery swapping.

As a high-performance warehouse electric forklift, the FBL35 is engineered for narrow-aisle storage, loading docks, cold stores, food and pharmaceutical plants, and open-air stockyards. Powered by a lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) battery pack with BMS multi-protection, it operates as a true zero emission forklift across the full duty cycle — from first pickup to end-of-shift charging.

Key advantages of the HIFOUNE FBL35 include:

Clean, maintenance-free power: LiFePO₄ battery with no acid, no watering and no fume emissions; suitable for indoor, food, pharma and other clean-environment applications.

Opportunity charging: Dedicated fast-charge interface and smart charger allow topping up during breaks, helping operators run multi-shift workflows with minimal downtime.

Heavy-duty 3.5t performance: 3,500 kg rated capacity at 500 mm load center, max lift height 3,000 mm, mast tilt 6°/12°, and a tight turning radius of approx. 2,295 mm for agile handling in confined spaces .

Permanent magnet synchronous drive: High torque for ramp and stacking work, lower heat and copper loss, and improved energy-to-runtime conversion versus conventional AC systems.

Air-cooled or liquid-cooled battery option: Wide-temperature operation supports cold storage and hot outdoor yards, extending battery and motor life under continuous load.

Operator-friendly layout: Large LCD dashboard with diagnostics in Chinese/English, intelligent wake-up system, split control handle, wide-view mast and easy-open hood for faster service.
