1. On a good road, the rated lifting capacity of a forklift is two tons. When working under bad road conditions, the lifting capacity should be appropriately reduced and the driving speed should be reduced.
2. When loading goods, the distance between the forks should be adjusted according to the size of the goods, and the weight of the goods should be evenly distributed by the two forks to avoid unbalanced loads or moving goods from slipping to one side. After the fork is inserted into the pile, the fork wall should be in contact with one side of the cargo, then the gantry should be tilted backward, and the fork should be lifted about 200mm from the ground before driving.
3. High-speed driving, turning to the dome, lifting goods, etc. are strictly prohibited. No one is allowed under the lifting frame.
4. When transporting goods on a slope with a slope of more than 7, the goods should be above the slope. It is not allowed to brake suddenly when transporting and planting goods to prevent the goods from slipping out. When handling large-volume goods, the goods block the line of sight, and the forklift should be reversed at a low speed.
5. It is strictly forbidden to let the engine run idly, unattended after parking, no cargo hanging in the air, and the driver leaving the driving position.
6. When the forklift stops halfway, the engine should be tilted backwards so that the platform can recover when idling. When the engine stops, the carriage should tilt down to land the fork.
7. In the course of work, if you find suspicious noises or abnormal phenomena, you must stop for inspection immediately, take timely measures to eliminate them, and do not continue to work before troubleshooting
